Wow where do I start. Narconon. August 2016 will be 7 years sober for me.
When I first arrived at Narconon Louisiana, I didn’t know if I could go without “partying” for the rest of my life. I didn’t know if I really wanted to.
What the Narconon program and staff help me to realize was that I sat at effect. Effect of using, effect of situations and people (including myself) that caused me to use. Being at Narconon taught me I can be at cause, in control. And that I am cause over my addictions and my life.
I now have a great career I love and a fiance I love even more. None of which would have been possible without the Narconon program.
Thank you Tom and Cathy, Kelly,Travis, Jeff, Derrick and anyone else I forgot to mention. Hopefully the way I’m living my life now will in some small way show how grateful I truly am. Love you all
Very proud of you cousin, even if you do cheer for the Seahawks! Seriously though….it was a step you needed to take, and you had the courage to do it. The results are readily apparent, and you are a living example to all around who need the same help! YOU are the MAN!!!
You have a great life to enjoy, just remember that you do have friends and coworkers who do care. Now you also have the special person in your life. You have a great chance to improve your job goals and I wish you the very best, with the little time I had, I tried to show, explain the realities of the parks and you will be a great PMA with a good chance to a PMW I some day. Keep looking at the greatness of life gifts and you will enjoy it.
Thomas,
Friend and Work Lead Person
