Restructuring My Life

When I first went to Narconon, I had a lot of reservations about whether the program would work for me. I had been using drugs for over ten years and didn’t really know a better solution to handle my problems.

Throughout the program, I was skeptical about the methods used but time burpeescrossfit and time again they proved to work for me. I got something out of each part of the program. At home, I had tried to quit many times but even after a prolonged period of time, I would still physically feel shitty.

After my time in the sauna, I had more energy during the day and was able to finally sleep through the night. Then I went onto the next program step and was positive I did not need it but I did it anyway.  By the end of that step, I could better see I was making progress and that it enabled me to better focus on what was happening to me throughout the program, instead of worrying about things that had already happened to me in my life.

I learned a lot during the ethics/ life skills part of the program and  I got to handle the relationships in my life. I learned why I started and continued to use drugs.

I now have the tools to maintain a productive and happy life overall and feel that my life has been completely restructured emotionally and physically.

Thanks to everyone who played a role.  I could not have done it without the staff’s help and support.
